NOTE: Appraisals performed on residential properties which require extensive use of narrative or exhibit other unusual characteristics such as distinctive architecture, sparse population, resort, vacation, acreage, etc., will be invoiced on a per quote basis. Appraisal fees for properties with values which exceed $500,000 will be handled on a per quote basis.

**Comparable search fee will be waived if appraisal is completed and appraisal fee is collected in full.
