They don’t need a appraisal or survey or title insurance, and they are real estate people!!! Its because they have no intention of ever owning property or making any payments to you. They will rent out to some one for 2 3 4 thousand dollars a month and collect rent, make no payments to you. Remember they now control this property and you will have to foreclose on them, 1 year, 18 months while they collect rent, remember they now control this property!!!!
